Very easy to use Mini Concha Cutter. Perfect size for 1.5-2 oz or 40-60 g Conchas / Concha Cupcakes / Manteconchas.
Stamp is 2″ or 5 cm in diameter.

Use with potato starch, so the cuts don’t close back up and push the stamp in 3/4 deep.
