Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund using the process below.
Any product can be returned or exchanged for store credit for any reason within 7 days of delivery. If you need to make a return, please send the unused product (in original packaging) along with the Information listed below. We will be happy to replace your product with the same or similar item (based on items availability). Products purchased as part of a kit or package must be returned in its entirety.
1. To initiate return/exchange process, please sent email to firstname.lastname@example.org including following information:
- First and Last Name on Invoice
- Address the order was delivered to
- Phone number
- Name of Product purchased
- Order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.
2. Once we have received your return request, we will review your submission and inform you by email of the status of your request. All returns should be sent according to the instructions in your confirmation email. Once we have received the returned merchandise in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) within 5 working days.
3. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.
* You may send all return items thru a shipper of your choice (USPS/UPS/FEDEX).
* We suggest that you include tracking information to ensure receipt of your item.
